Following is the standard Warranty given with FINISys Inc. products:

FINISys Inc. warrants all electrical and electronic parts to be free of defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 90 days from the date of the original purchase and all other parts to be free of defects in material and workmanship for a period of 1 year from the date of original purchase. If any part covered by the warranty fails during the applicable warranty period, FINISys will replace the defective part without charge to the customer.

LIMITATIONS AND CONDITIONS

1. FINISys Inc. shall not be liable for any damage to film, paper, loss of labor, time or materials, loss of use of equipment, lost profits, or any other incidental or consequential damages arising out of or caused by the operation of FINISys Inc. products.

2. Except for the above limited warranty, no warranty is made by FINISys, Inc. express or implied, statutory or otherwise, or inferable from the course of dealing or usage of trade extending beyond the description of the product sold.

3. This warranty is expressly in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied.

4. FINISys Inc. shall not be responsible for deficient performance or malfunction caused by electrical outlets of improper voltage, by unauthorized repairs or modifications, by accident, misuse or neglect or by damage incurred in transportation.

5. This written warranty applies only to the original purchaser and shall not apply to any subsequent buyer.
