FOR CX, GRETAG and BYERS TRI-CUTTERS

To allow operating the Tri-Cutter with new features, without necessitating purchase of new circuit boards, FINISys INC. has designed several retrofit kits that allow implementing new operating modes at very moderate cost.

This kit is designed to be used when operating the Tri-Cutter in Print-Notch mode and will eliminate the incidence of cutting single frame strips. It is a retrofit to the CX 71-190002-00 circuit board, that has no provisions for connection of a sensor. Included in the kit are a short strip sensor assembly (shown below) and a satellite pcb to modify the existing CX 71-190002-00 circuit board.

This kit is designed to be used when operating the Tri-Cutter in Print-Notch mode and will eliminate the incidence of cutting single frame strips. It is a retrofit to the CX 71-190277-00 or 71-190302-00 circuit boards, which have the provisions for connection of a sensor. The kit consists of a short strip sensor assembly.

This kit will allow retrofitting a CX 71-190002-00 circuit board to operate in cut-notch mode (1 in 4 notching), enabling operation in Cut Notch Mode. This will allow full use of the features provided by the EXPRESS NOTCH.
