1. FINISys INC. OVERVIEW.

FINISys INC co-owner R. Ganahl worked for over 9 years for Gretag (both in Switzerland and in the United States), and for 6 years as independent provider of services to Photofinishing. The extensive experience gained on printing and finishing equipment is available to participants of training classes conducted by FINISys INC.

2. SERVICE PERSONNEL TRAINING

2.1. GENERAL

Training classes and seminars are conducted on customer premises and require that equipment for hands-on training and facilities for classroom work are made available.

2.2. MAINTENANCE PERSONNEL TRAINING

Maintenance training is available for:

• High speed printers 3139, 3140, 3141 and 3142
• Universal Reprint System (URS/SELEXXA)
• Packaging equipment 20k, 40k, AccuPack
• Film cutters (TRICUTTER, SELEXXA)
• Notchers 3166, CN2000, CN3000

These classes concentrate on the use of all available tools and on hands-on experience. Depending on the equipment a class will be tailored from 1-4 days. Combinations covering several pieces of equipment can be made available.

2.3. ADVANCED TRAINING 3141

A special advanced training class for Maintenance personnel is available. This class will be conducted using more than 100 pages of unique printer documentation generated by FINISys INC. It is intended to bring the skill levels of people already experienced in general maintenance of 3141 printers to expert level. Duration is 4 days.

3. QC PERSONNEL TRAINING SEMINARS

QC Training seminars are available for both novice (needing quick access to QC training when equipment has been moved) and advanced personnel).

An advanced training class concentrates on the "inner workings" of the printer programs and includes techniques to improve and optimize production and methods of troubleshooting. Over 80 pages of special documentation generated by FINISys INC. will be used for the advanced training. Duration is normally 3 days. References available.

4. AVAILABLITY, SCHEDULING and COST

Training can be scheduled by contacting FINISys Inc. Availability of training is on an "as available" basis and should be cleared in advance to insure that our schedule meets with yours. FINISys Inc. charges US$500.- per full or partial day. Portal to portal charges (travel expenses) will be billed fully to requesting organization. Detailed pricing to be agreed upon in advance.
