TECHNICAL SUPPORT

Technical support is available for the following Products:

R. Ganahl of FINSys Inc. has accumulated a wealth of experience that is available when requesting service calls. To get the most of a visit, you should plan to have one (or more) of your service personnel work with Rolf when he visits your Lab.

1. AVAILABILITY AND SCHEDULING

Support calls are on an "as available" basis and should be cleared in advance to insure that our schedule meets with yours.

2. COST

FINISys Inc. charges US$500.- per full or partial day. Portal to portal charges (travel expenses) will be billed fully to requesting organization.
