MODIFICATION DESCRIPTION

The Punch Locking Mechanism Kit will help to reduce and control your paper waste by eliminating undetected cut-mark placement errors. Incidents that occur when the marker is thought to be locked, but is not; or has worked itself loose, as well as those errors that occur when the paper mask is worn and the marker cannot be set correctly will be eliminated. Each kit contains 2 locks, suitable to modify one paper mask.

The kit also allows a more accurate setting of the marker position which is more critical with UPS packaging operations.

PROBLEM DESCRIPTION

• Late detection of problem due to paper processing lag leads to much paper waste
• Cutting difficulties: double cutting, possible cropping, the need for handcutting,
• Whole rolls may be wasted and reprinted.
• Printing equipment downtime for repair.
• Lost production time at printing and packaging.
