FINISyS INC. provides telephone support on an "as available" basis, primarily on printers (3140, 3141 and 3142). This support can be quite effective, as many technical problems can be fixed over the phone, with the benefit to the customer of immediacy and cost savings.
Due to the fact that this support is not always available, no charges are currently made for phone help.
