MODIFICATION DESCRIPTION

The Tri-Cutter Fine Adjust Upgrade designed by FINISys INC. offers increased accuracy and reliability of operation and decreases maintenance interventions. It offers the following features:

• FINE ADJUST FOR 135 FORMAT CUT POSITION

Allows operator to select the best possible cut-position and helps compensate for variables from notching. Adjustments of up to 3/32 of an inch in steps of 1/64th are possible. Helps eliminate cut negatives and reduces maintenance.

• TEST MODE FOR ALL FORMATS

Permits inspecting where a cut is made. The Cutter stops to allow inspection and adjustment prior to manual cut. Helps, along with the Fine Adjust, to eliminate cut negatives.

• IMPROVED OVERLENGHT TOLERANCE

Frequently the cutter stops with overlenght errors when cutting blank frames in 135 operation. This is due to the algorithm used in the notcher. A modification allows increased tolerance and reduces manual cuts.
